Once a website is completed and the client has parted with his money it is too late to ask the question of how the site is going to be found on the internet, or more to the point, can the website be found at all ?

Most web designers would have to admit at that point, that this is something they either do not know, or that this is something another company would have to deal with, since they do not have the expertise or Know How.

Our Argument is simple:  If a web designer does not know how to get his clients website to a high ranking with Google (at least to page 2 or 3) he or she should not make any websites at all.

What is the point of paying someone to make a website which can't be found by means of Search Terms and Keywords relevant to the industry or to the business of the client?

What is the point of having to pay someone else to complete the job, which not only adds unnecessary cost?

In many cases the web designer has created a website with is anything but Search Engine friendly and needs to be re designed in order to become a functional and professional working website.

Search Engine Optimization must be part of the overall Web Design. Web Design without it is no longer an option, and nobody should never purchase a website without the guarantee from the Web Designer that the site he or she is making will end up at least on page 2 or 3 with Google and Yahoo.

If a professional web designer cannot give you that assurance, than maybe it is time to consider your options.
